At Calhi Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Calhi Studios packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
